This month it’s Valentine’s Day in the gallery for the Carmel ArtWalk. To celebrate, I am hosting a guest artist from Oakland, Melina Finkelstein. Her unique rugs and textile artwork brings a smile to my texture loving heart. Her genius for collaboration and design has taken her all the way to Peru to work with other talented women that devote themselves to creating the felted wool custom rugs that are her signature. Please join us for a festive evening. We will have delicious treats and samples of hot coffee and tea from our local, woman owned HAIFA cafe.
